Challenge
YouTube was defined as a core performance KPI for video direction, with aggressive growth targets of +2.5K subscribers and +200–250K views every two months. The channel needed a scalable content system, not one-off campaign videos.
Approach
I built a high-volume short-form distribution model, connected YouTube campaigns with Twitter, Telegram, and community activities, and balanced product-driven content with brand storytelling to support both algorithmic reach and user acquisition.
Outcome
The channel grew from 12,280 to 20,700 subscribers within six months, generating 765K+ incremental views and establishing a repeatable data-driven growth model for future Web3 campaigns.
